Hertfordshire Sports Village, located on the de Havilland Campus, is the University's state-of-the-art sports complex and is the base for the majority of sport, health and fitness at the University of Hertfordshire.
Hertfordshire Sports Village Gym
The gym has been developed as an innovative, exciting facility that brings a whole new meaning to the word excellence.
Whatever your sport at Hertfordshire Sports Village there is a range of Sports Halls available. All have sprung wooden floors which provide a great playing surface and allows for a breadth and quality of indoor sports.

Swim for fitness, competition, fun or relaxation in our 25 metre, 8-lane deck level pool.
The Oval Gym
Now Open - The Oval Gym on College Lane Campus.
The oval shaped building situated in the centre of the brand new student accommodation will be home to our new state-of-the-art 50 station gym. This facility will only be available to UH students and staff.
Dominating the main entrance of the Sports Village is the impressive 400 square metre-climbing wall.
The 12 metres high wall provides a challenging climbing surface for all grades of climbers from beginners to advanced.

Performance Herfordshire is based at the Sport Performance & Development Centre, University of Hertfordshire’s Sports Village where we deliver Strength & Conditioning Support to over 100 talented, potential world class and elite athletes.
